The rain tried. It didn’t win.

Last night, the Maryland Space Business Roundtable gathered on the rooftop in DC for our “Cocktails & Convos” networking happy hour and despite a cloudy start, the skies cleared to deliver a horizon-to-horizon rainbow over the nation’s capital. A special “thank you!” to our members at Rocket Lab who hosted the event and provided some help getting our beers and supplies to the top floor!

We were joined by a fantastic mix of individual members, corporate member representatives, and Government guests from NASA, NOAA, NRO, and NRL, the kind of cross-sector gathering that makes MSBR events so valuable.

The evening featured great pizza from a local pizzeria, cold beer, and the kind of conversations that remind us why we do this.

As one of our board members put it: “As always, it was great spending time with fellow board members and friends from Maryland’s aerospace community. The conversations, connections, and shared enthusiasm for our industry made for a memorable night.”

We couldn’t agree more.
