Thank you to everyone who joined us at Martin’s Crosswinds on November 12 for our luncheon featuring Kevin Kelly, Partner, Actum.

Kevin shared insights on “Maryland’s Mission in Space for the 2030s,” highlighting how Federal budgets, policy, and programs will shape the next decade of opportunity for Maryland’s space community. Drawing on his time supporting Senator Barbara Mikulski and serving as Majority Clerk for one of the Senate Appropriations Committee’s largest subcommittees, he outlined how strategic engagement with the budget and appropriations process can help Maryland organizations navigate and influence national priorities in space and science.

We were especially glad to see so many executives and decision-makers in the room, along with civil servants and industry partners, continuing the conversations that keep Maryland at the center of the nation’s space enterprise.
