November 12 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm EST
Kevin Kelly, Partner at Actum

We’ve had a change in our November luncheon lineup! Our originally scheduled government speaker will be joining us on May 20, 2026. This month’s guest speaker will be Kevin Kelly, with the topic Maryland’s Mission in Space for the 2030s.
Kevin Kelly is an expert Federal on budgets, policy, and programs—especially related to science and space. He currently serves as a Partner at Actum, providing full-service government relations and strategic public affairs support. He specializes in developing and executing bi-partisan strategies, advising on the budget and appropriations process, and navigating Federal agencies. Prior to entering the private sector, Kevin served under legendary U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) and was the Majority Clerk for the Senate Appropriations Committee’s second-largest subcommittee, overseeing budgets, policy, and programs for multiple Federal agencies.
While this talk is accessible to all members, corporate decision-makers (C-level, presidents, and local senior leadership) are strongly encouraged to attend.
Notice to furloughed government personnel: MSBR recognizes that at this time you are considered a private citizen, and we cordially invite you to attend the luncheon as our guest, at no cost to you. However, space is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all who are interested. Should you wish to attend, RSVP to missy@mdspace.org from your personal email account, making sure to note your normal government affiliation.
