Dear Fellow Maryland Space Business Roundtable Members,

The MSBR (Roundtable) represents the dynamic needs and interests of Maryland’s space community, conducting networking, education, and community outreach programs throughout the year. The Roundtable operates under a set of bylaws and is governed by elected Officers and a Board of Directors. The active participation of our members is essential for the Roundtable’s continued growth and success.

Roundtable members elect a 20-member Board of Directors for staggered two-year terms. In 2025, nine Board member terms will expire in October, and we will hold elections in August to fill these positions. Several current Board members have expressed interest in running for re-election, and all nine positions will be filled by open competition.

If you would like to nominate someone from your company or organization, please submit their name and a brief biography (no more than 200 words) in Microsoft Word format, to mdspacebr@aol.com. Ensure that the nominee is aware and interested in being considered for the election process.

We will compile the nominations to prepare a ballot, which will be sent to all member company and organization representatives in August before the elections. Please respond via email with the nominee’s name and biography by COB on Friday, August 1. We will distribute biographies along with the complete ballot to all official representatives/points-of-contact for voting on the new Board members. The election results will be announced at our annual member meeting in September.
