22nd Annual GSFC Fall Reception and Lecture

On behalf of the MSBR, and in partnership with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), we invite you to sponsor and attend the 22^nd Annual Goddard Fall Reception and Lecture, to be held at The Music Center at Strathmore on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

The 2023 presentation theme is “Celebrating the Sun”.  The event begins at 6:00pm with a reception in the Strathmore Lobby including heavy hors d’oeuvres, bar stations and dessert. The Program will begin at 8:00 pm in the Concert Hall, concluding at 9:00pm.  Parking is located in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage on Tuckerman Lane. To access the Music Center from the garage, guests can walk across the glass-enclosed sky bridge located on the 4th level, directly to the main entrance of the Music Center.

The Fall Reception is organized jointly by GSFC’s Office of Communications and the MSBR.  The event is sponsored by the MSBR through generous financial support from our member organizations. As you will recall from previous years, this reception combines networking with your peers and customers, excellent cuisine, and a learning experience highlighting NASA’s recent spectacular achievements. • PLATINUM - A sponsorship level of $10,000. This level of sponsorship will allow your organization to have 20 corporate invitees plus one “plus one” per invitee; (40 total). Includes 2 passes to the VIP Meet & Greet in the Comcast Lounge (details to follow) and 10 reserved priority seats in the Theatre.
• GOLD - A sponsorship level of $5,000. This level of sponsorship will allow your organization to have 10 corporate invitees plus one “plus one” per invitee; (20 total). ). Includes 1 pass the VIP Meet & Greet in the Comcast Lounge (details to follow) and 5 reserved priority seats in the Theatre.
• SILVER - A sponsorship level of $2,500. This level of sponsorship will allow your organization to have 5 corporate invitees plus one “plus one” per invitee; (10 total)
• BRONZE - A sponsorship level of $1,000. This level of sponsorship will allow your organization to have 2 corporate invitees plus one “plus one” per invitee; (4 total)
• INDIVIDUAL - A sponsorship level of $500. This level of sponsorship will allow you to have one corporate invitees plus one “plus one” per invitee; (2 total)

This very successful celebration of Goddard Space Flight Center and its contractor community is made possible because of the generous donations from MSBR member organizations. We greatly appreciate your sponsorship these past years, and hope we can count on you again this year. Please note that your organizations’ logo (platinum, gold and silver) or name (bronze and individual) will be displayed in the Theater immediately before the presentation, and pledge level sponsorships will be displayed on the back of the event’s program. This event is not a fund-raiser. Sponsorship funds are used to cover the costs of this event.
